We began with a single intention: a sincere love for the Siwak.

Like many, our journey started with the siwak of the Araak tree, widely known, mentioned in the Sunnah, and easily available. Yet over time, we found ourselves longing for something more refined. The strong odor, sharp taste, and cheap plastic packaging did not reflect the beauty and dignity of a tradition so deeply rooted in purification and care.

That moment of discovery came when one of the brothers encountered the Siwak from the olive tree. Its dark, elegant appearance immediately stood apart. Upon use, its smooth character and balanced taste confirmed what we felt instinctively: this Siwak deserved to be experienced more widely and treated with the respect it carries.

After careful research and reflection, we searched for this Siwak within our country, the Netherlands, but found none. From that absence, Siwak Noir was born.

We committed ourselves to sourcing only the finest quality, eventually partnering with a supplier who met our standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and integrity. From the beginning, it was clear that such a natural and noble product should never be wrapped in plastic. This conviction led to the creation of our all-natural bamboo holders, designed to complement the Siwak both functionally and aesthetically.

What began as a single product gradually evolved into a broader vision. As our journey continued, we chose to expand beyond the olive Siwak alone. Siwak Noir remains a reference to our origins, while Noir reflects a wider perspective, embracing a curated selection of products rooted in the same values of tradition, purity, and refinement.

Today, we represent a curated collection of goods rooted in tradition, purity, and refinement. Alongside the olive Siwak of Siwak Noir, our offerings now include artisanal honey of exceptional quality and carefully crafted fragrances of amazing quality, each selected or designed with the same philosophy: honoring heritage through quality, natural materials, and intentional design.
